Refund and Returns Policy

We provide complimentary delivery to the Hong Kong urban area for orders reaching a minimum amount of HK$1000. In the event that the order amount falls below this threshold, additional charges will apply.

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 working days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned goods are in sellable condition, we will issue a refund within 30 days. If you cancel an order and the goods have already been shipped, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.

To start a return, contact us at contact@liquorles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior approval.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We need to be informed within 14 days of receiving the delivery to offer refunds or replacements. For any questions, email us at contact@liquorles.com.

If you want a different item, the quickest way is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
